Solar companies are doing a better job of tracking employee demographics and generally provide positive work environments for their employees, but senior leadership in the industry lacks diversity and gaps remain in wages and job satisfaction, according to a comprehensive study by The Solar Foundation, in partnership with the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).
