Peer Group Mentoring
This program is a structured experience that expects those participating to serve both as mentor and mentee. We create groups of peers to work through a six session curriculum that builds in opportunities to share experiences, build community, and learn from everyone in the group.
1-on-1 Mentoring
WRISE offers traditional one-on-one mentoring exclusively for WRISE members. Connect with other WRISE members in senior leadership roles who are ready to share their wisdom and experience in support of a more inclusive industry.
